Refund policy

If you don't like our product, you can request a refund within 30 days of placing your order by sending an email to care@junesoil.com. In this email you must include your name, your order number, the date of your purchase, and your address. We will then let you know how and to which address you need to return your product to us in order to get your refund.

Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund for the product price to your original payment method within 6 weeks.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at care@junesoil.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
